Board meeting 8/23/2017

The Board of Directors will hold a regular meeting Wednesday, August 23, 2017, at the Village of Round Lake Public Works and Police Facility, 751 W. Townline Road, Round Lake, IL 60073. The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. with a public forum during which homeowners have a chance to address the board. After the forum, the board will begin its business meeting. There will be final segment to discuss and possibly act on any other new business. Please attend!

Second notice: Annual Members Meeting and Election of Directors, May 24, 2017

Our Annual Members Meeting, which includes the election of the directors to serve on our Association’s board, is scheduled to take place at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 24, 2017, at the Round Lake Police Station/Public Works Building, 751 W. Townline Road, Round Lake, IL 60073.

All homeowners are invited, indeed urged, to attend the meeting. It is essential that we have a quorum of homeowners voting either in person or by proxy to conduct an election. If we fail to achieve a quorum of homeowners, the election will be deferred and our Association will incur additional expenses to reschedule another meeting.

Homeowners should have received the second notice of the annual meeting, the candidates’ applications, and the proxy statement form with instructions on how to complete and return it. There are currently five (5) director positions open for election. Cumulative voting is not permitted. The following homeowners submitted their names to run for the open director positions: William DeBlase, Andrea Jourdain, Kathy Pegg, Tyrone Seymour, and Stacy Tillotson.

If you are unable to attend this meeting in person and haven’t mailed your completed proxy statement to Premier Residential Management Company (deadline for Premier to receive your proxy is today), you may give your completed proxy to a neighboring homeowner to bring to the meeting on the 24th. Again, in order to achieve a quorum to be able to legally conduct the election of directors, it is essential that you either attend the meeting in person or submit your proxy statement. If you have already sent in your proxy and decide to attend the meeting in person, you can revoke your proxy and cast your vote at the meeting.

Notice: Annual Members’ Meeting and Election of Directors

The Annual Members Meeting, which includes the election of the directors to serve on the Association’s board, is scheduled to take place at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 24, 2017, at the Round Lake Police Station/Public Works Building, 751 W. Townline Road, Round Lake, IL 60073.

There are currently five (5) director positions open for election. If any homeowner is interested in serving as a director on the board, he or she must complete a candidate form, which was sent in the mail to each homeowner recently. The completed candidate form must be returned to Premier Residential Management Company via mail, email or fax by Wednesday, April 26, 2017. The contact information for Premier is below.

All candidates that express an interest will have their applications sent to the homeowners along with a proxy form, so candidates should complete their forms legibly.

The Board of Directors will hold a regular meeting Wednesday, November 23, 2016, at the Village of Round Lake Public Works and Policy Facility, 751 W. Townline Road, Round Lake, IL 60073. The meeting begins at 7:00 p.m. with a public forum at which homeowners have a chance to address the board. After the forum, the board will begin its business meeting. The agenda includes approval of minutes and financial reports,  final approval of the budget for 2017, engagement of the accounting firm for annual compilation of fiscal year 2016, and approval of new contract with Premier Residential Management. There will be final segment to discuss and possibly act on any other new business. Please attend!
