Please check your mail for your statement of the 2016 annual assessment, which was mailed on December 3rd. Note that your annual assessment is due January 1, 2016, with a grace period given until January 31, 2016. Any assessment received after January 31, 2016, will be considered late and subject to a $150.00 late charge.
The Board of Directors has set its meeting dates for 2016. All meetings will be held at the Round Lake Police & Public Works Facility, 751 W. Townline Road, Round Lake, IL 60073.
- Wednesday, March 16, 2016, 7:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, May 18, 2016, 7:00 p.m. This is the annual homeowners’ meeting that includes the election of directors to the board. After the annual meeting and the election, a regular board meeting will follow.
- Wednesday, August 24, 2016, 7:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, November 23, 2016, 7:00 p.m. This is the meeting for approval of the budget for 2017.
